Week One: Oh, yeah, and other stuff

We made quite a few meals that didn’t want for picture taking. Delicious or not, sometimes snapping shots of everything you’re eating just doesn’t work itself into a reality.

Bacon, *spinach, and tomato

with chive and spring onion mayonnaise

With our Sunday roast, pictured below, I forgot to mention that I also made

Spring onion and

chive scones

They were crumbly and delicious. I made four, and I ate one of the left-overs the next day for lunch

cold with butter.

Absolutely lovely.
